At Yeyeo Botanica, we want you to feel empowered by your style; if your fashion purchase doesn't align with your vision, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and spiritual purity reasons, certain ceremonial garments and intimate apparel are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
